SHIPPING POLICY

Orders that total $0 to $200 will be mailed via the United States Postal Service.
Orders that total more then $200 will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Please allow up to 7 days for order processing.
We recommend providing you own shipping account number when possible.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of large or bulk shipments.


RETURN POLICY

We trust you will be satisfied with your NIWRC products. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, NIWRC's return policy is stated below.

The merchandise may be mailed back to us after an RMA number has been issued.  Please include this RMA number on your return packaging.  You will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

NIWRC will issue a refund in the form of a store credit when each of the following conditions has been met:
-The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and
-The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
